Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) organised a webinar on 15th April,2023 (6 PM to 7 PM) on the topic “Trademark Examination and Opposition” The speaker Sangeeta Pal, Advocate Bombay High Court and IPR attorney took the session on Trademark aspects. She spoke on what a trademark is and how the examination process takes place and what ground of objections an examiner raises in terms of trademark application and how to overcome them, also it had a detailed explanation on when one can oppose the trademark and till which duration the opposition is acceptable and how one shall act in case of opposition raised by any person.
